Dr. Debbie Holliday-Phillips was employed with Chicago Public Schools for almost 30 years. She served diligently as a general and special education teacher for about 15 years. The remaining 15 years were spent as a district and in-school administrator supporting school principals and teachers with improving literacy instruction at the local units. This support was delivered via in-school observation, data analysis, in class modeling, and professional development training. Dr. Holliday-Phillips is very passionate about helping schools maximize the teaching and learning process for our students.
